What we did — the floors
1,507 sq ft of floating laminate/vinyl flooring through the home: demolition of the existing flooring, new pad, and installation, including 16 steps with white risers. Baseboards were painted by Remodeling Heroes, and cleanup, haul-away and dump/recycling were included.
The flooring material and pad, cabinets, appliances and paint were homeowner-supplied.
Removed from the final invoice
The original final invoice included subpanel work. When it turned out that work was not required, it was removed and the final invoice was reduced before payment — she paid the corrected amount.
